Artist Statement

For this project I Wanted to use 3d printing to improve the aesthetic of my speaker. The device plays the Duel of the Fates from Star Wars. The toggle switch turns the sound on and off. The photocell increased and decreases the speed of the first track on the speaker. When the momentary switch is pressed, the second speaker plays a different track from Duel of the Fates and plays alongside the first track. The pot changes the speed of the second track and only when the button is pressed. The LED plays along with the tempo and remains on when turned off so that it is in standby.
